I believe therapy is most meaningful when it takes the whole person into account, not only your thoughts, but also your emotions, life experiences, relationships, and the ways stress and pain can be carried in the body over time.

At Inner Insights with Amy, we provide a safe, culturally sensitive space where we work together to navigate the complexities of your life. Using an integrative approach tailored specifically to your unique needs, I walk with you as you move toward healing, clarity, and a deeper sense of meaning.
While I work with a variety of concerns, I utilize specific modalities tailored to support Youth (12+), Young Adults, and Adults in navigating life's complexities.
Rather than using a "one size fits all" method, I draw from several different therapeutic tools—such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Trauma-Informed care—to name a few.
How it helps: Life isn't linear, and neither is healing. By blending these approaches, we can address your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being all at once. For example, we might use CBT to shift unhelpful thought patterns while using a Person-Centered approach to ensure you always feel heard, valued, and in control of your journey.

I hold the designation of Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling-Provisional, MPCC-P with the CPCA.
